Click on the NSOP tab at the top of the Angel Screen.

The questionnaire has moved to the Computer Literacy Self-Assessment folder. It has the same questions as the old web site, but fewer problems.

If you have tried to take the survey on this site but have been unsuccessful in posting, not to worry. We'll be looking for you in Angel!
